Immediate Assignment

Will be assigned to Baby Care New Building construction project as Construction Manager.  The assignment will start in January 08 and will last until around June 09.  This person will take the following responsibilities.

1)      Decide the specifications of the building design.

2)      Supervise the building construction work to control the quality, safety, and schedule.

3)      Coordinate with the construction company and the P&G project team in terms of the construction work.

4)      Lead to solve issues concerning the construction work, working with the project leader and the project manager.

Mid & Long Term Assignment

After the building construction project is completed, there are following possibilities in the assignments.

1)      Project Manager on other Baby Care projects

2)      Construction Manager on other building projects

3)      Line Leader / Startup Leader on Baby Care Operation

4)      Manager role on other technical support work

5)      Manager role on other Business Unit (e.g. Beauty Care, Oral Care, Feminine Care)

Future assignment will be decided by considering the person’s performance on the immediate assignment and his/her career interests.  The person will be expected to be flexible in future assignments, so that he/she can work successfully in the company for long period of time.

 Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• 1-5 years working experience
• Manufacturing process background
• Western company experience preferred

Understand western company culture and methodology

Must be able to lead project team
